You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Checking in and out

Before accessing you will need to complete an online check-in procedure on our portal and sign a contract with the house rules. According to Italian law, each guest must be regularly notified and registered. Guests who have not communicated will not be accepted.

Checkout: before 10:00

Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00

2 guests maximum per room, 6 guests maximum for the whole house

No pets allowed.

No parties, events or guests

No smoking allowed

The guest will undertake to compensate for any damage and/or theft caused to the apartment.

Penalties are foreseen for failure to comply with the above rules.
