TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with Leopoldo Cozy Loft you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed. Direct bookings must be paid by bank transfer or other approved methods.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations up to 4 days before check-in are non-refundable. For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms, the cancellation policy shown on those platforms applies.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible subject to availability by paying an extra fee.

4. GUEST CONDUCT No parties, events or unregistered guests are permitted without prior agreement. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours and other guests.

5. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Security deposit of €300, which will be fully refunded 7 days after departure, or a small non-refundable deposit of €35. Leopoldo Cozy Loft accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay.
